once we get into a debate, we fall into logics.
this is not a science, not natural sceince anyway, thus
i see no point to debate with definitions given by others that i may not agree with in the first place, would you be debating by taking sides with those provided definitions? are you sure you are well informed enough to take their sides and knowledgeable enough to defend their points?
i do debate, but only in academic forums with those are supposed to be the authoritive figures who give definitions, i enjoyed challenging them every time.
over here, my purpose is really trying to find out how the public perceive to arts, artists and art works.
except for if you had an architecture training background, you should have received extensive art training, at least in the american architecture schools studio arts are part of the courses offered.
so you do not really qualify for general public, architecture could be covered in a wild extention to somewhat artistic, certainly creative design for sure
