1. I live in US. Don't have GC or citizenship, can be a resident alien but not an American. 2. I have >10% ownership in one American LLC. 3. The only American guy owns < 50% of the company, so it is not an American-controlled company. 4. We have similar ownership percentage for an offshore company (corp.) in China.
