Yes, completely agree. Only idiots will try to mass up with IRS, like that stupid "Prof. Chang." Let's see it this way: This country is ruled by laws. Over two hundread years, many crooks have been probing, attacking, and trying very hard to find loopholes. Occasionally, they succeeded. Then IRS found it and tighted the net. How can a person, or a bunch of guys, no matter how clever they could be (like that smartass Chang might be), can beat a system like this? Absolutely no way!
I am just curious. In the near future, I do not have any plan to open business in China. But who knows what will happen in future?
