I like the position offered very much and I am looking forward to it. I know I am going to work very hard as a consultant and I see I am going to be compensated for overtime below 16 hours for every two weeks. So I feel my salary should well compensate both the higher intensity and the longer hours.

如果薪水谈不下来，就谈Signing bonus。谈不下来就谈３个月或者半年给个review。实在不行谈假期。如果规定５年后是６周，现在谈不下来６周就要两年后６周。

通常给OFFER都是留了一些余地准备你要更多的。应该至少能多拿到BONUS。
