I didn't expect that Accenture has over-time pay structure, how nice Mr. Green

I used to single-handedly finish one project in one day billed $8k to client; and almost worked my butt off finishing up one complex tricky project (yeah, me almost one-person team again, with little low-end help from junior analysts) in one month and we billed the client for $150k Mr. Green

And that's two years ago, later on I got more experienced with pricing and efficiency, however, my previous company didn't manage people well and I lost my fire along the way, how sad Rolling Eyes

Hubby wasn't happy at first, but hey, he subconsciously asked for it Mr. Green

He "blamed" me more than once that I made him so indulged in family life or else he'd have made more money and done better with his business...Well, now I'll happily give him some space for that.

We worked it out fine, and again, I'm so grateful how my husband has continued to support me, especially emotionally Neutral
