o Logistics Services Manager
； Lead the team to provide quality customer services for the 3rd party customers.
； Coordinate with center and transportation department for providing quality logistics services for the 3rd party customers.
； Work closely with the 3rd party customers to learn its needs and requirement.
； Handle and follow up with the complaints from the 3rd party customers.
； Handle dispute with the 3rd party customers.
； Work on providing cost effective logistics services for the 3rd party customers.
； Familiar with the operation in center department.

； Familiar with the key cost drivers for the operation as a whole.
； Be familiar with the McD's business.
； Assist DM to work on the assigned projects.
Basic requirement for candidate:
； Bachelor degree is a must.
； SCM experience is preferred.
； Proficiency in spoken & written English (a must).
； Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, customer-oriented and leadership skills.
； CS experience is preferred.
； Teamwork spirit is a must.
； Ability to work under pressure.
； Good negotiation skill is preferred.
； Potential for being developed to DM/GM position of SH DC.
； Inventory Control Manager
； Reporting to the Regional IC/CS Manager
； Lead the Inventory Control (IC) team to project accurate sales for ensuring supply at a reasonable inventory level.
； Work with McD's and vendors to make a good inventory control for all promotional products. Assist McD's to implement all promotions successfully.
； Improve the order accuracy via continuously studying historical data, promotions and store opening plan etc.
； Lead IC team to make sure all KPIs can reach or exceed our targets
； Work with IC team to implement effective initiatives for reducing and controlling inventory level.
； Lead the IC team to continue to implement inventory centralization for enable more space available for 3rd party business development.
； Assist Regional IC/CS manager to prepare department budget.
； Assist Regional IC/CS manager to implement projects for whole supply chain optimization.
； Assist Regional IC/CS manager to carry out the people development planning.
； Work with other operation teams to improve the contingency plan, physical account procedure.
； Work with other operation teams to provide qualified service to our customer.
Basic requirement for candidate:
； Bachelor degree is a must.
； IC experience is preferred.
； SCM experience is preferred.
； Fluent oral/written English is a must.
； Good at mathematics
； CS experience is preferred.
； Teamwork spirit is a must.
； Potential for being developed further to Regional IC/CS Manager
Transportation Manager
•； Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the jobholder is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities relating to the distribution of products to customers of the East China market
•； Ensure timely, high quality and cost effective distribution of right product items with right quantity to the right place to meet customer needs and requirements
•； Deploy fleet and manpower resources to achieve pre-set performance and operational targets
•； The customers will be expanded from McD's to all the customers served by SH DC.
•； Be responsible for the cost control.
•； Be responsible for meeting the key measurements of all the customers for transportation.
•； Be responsible for the M&R of our fleet.
•； Be responsible for safety and security during delivery.
Requirement for candidate:
o Bachelor degree, preferred in Transport Management, Logistic Management, Business Administration, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Science or related discipline
o At least 7 years distribution service or logistics experience, of which 3 years in a managerial role. Ability to lead a transport fleet and technical experience in vehicles highly desirable.
o Good command of spoken & written English. Fluent in spoken English is an advantage.
o Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, customer-oriented and supervisory skills. Hold a driving license.
o Routing optimization competency
o Potential for being developed to DM.
o Teamwork spirit is a must.
o Quality focus.
