Therefore, if we remove your opinion about Henan and real estate industry, you are basically saying that no Chinese company should seek IPOs in the U.S.
Now, I don't want to dispute with you about Henan because this has become a purely personal and unprofessional issue.
I'd like to argue about real estate industry. There is no proof yet that Chinese real estate companies are more corrupt than the IT industry. If Baidu, who used the government's control over the Internet to hit Google, can go public in the U.S., I don't know why no Chinese real estate company should get the same.
In fact, it would have been a very sweet deal if one Chinese real estate firm went public in 2002 overseas.
In addition, overseas is more than U.S., while SOX is only in U.S.
