1. no matter how nice the resort is, you will get tired after two, three, four, ok 10 stays. Then what? They told you you can trade, well, unless you have time share of a nice resort at the best location, which you will pay a premium in the first place, you will never get a good trade.
2. When the resort gets old, nobody will trade with yuo, you are stuck.
3. You need to pay maintenance fee for the time share property on top of the initial payment. When you combine that with the interest on your initial investment, it will cost you more doing the time share then going on you own.
Nobody in this world will give you really freebies for nothing. When you see those sales person walking towards you, stay away. They are called timeshare sharks in US.
Master98, you are lucky, if you were dealt with by one of those slick american a*holes, you probably couldn't get out of there without paying. Those sales lady in China are ameutures.
