i do not know if this is just me, i am not sure i understand what are you trying to say in your chinese.
team members are important. you have great idea and plan and you need to implement. you cannot get your great idea into reality without them.
you do not replace the netire team. if you kick out too many at one time, your boss think you need to go because you replace too many in too short period of time. there must be a contingency and consitancy maintained at work place.
i am sorry but you do not sound like you have been in managerial position long enough, and i do not care it is line management or mid management.
if you got promoted already, they need to send you in for training!
