Because I believe this constitutes smuggling, or, evasion of customs tariff.
Amazon.com and other retail websites limit where some goods can be shipped. For example the Clinique line of cosmetics cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. from amazon.com. I believe they do this for a reason.
The 代购 websites bypass this limit. They buy from Amazon.com and ship it outside of U.S.
I believe if Amazon.com knows about this, it will take actions against buyers such as yide.com.
