some facts:
1. 400 + staff and lots of intangible assets
2. very well maintained, well-run liners, so far profitable business
3. official assessment report (a costly report of around 600,000 rmb ) done in the past shows they are worth 5 hundren millions RMB.
4. my cousin (CEO) had spent years in charge of building them up and running the business in the past.
5. a potential buyer has emerged and negotiation/paperwork is ongoing but the future direction of the ships may be in the dark not to the likings of staff.
