They want to hire haigui to save cost instead hiring
western employee. That level if use western ones
Cost:
1m(salary) +4fly+Tax bonus+house benefits+international school for kids
=~1.5mRMB/year and up.
The guy at least need to create 20mRMB/year revenue for the company.
If use haigui.cost=0.8m Rmb/year That's it still create
same revenue
