delicious food , beautiful girls , surround with rich nature...

With 2 or 3 weeks in April ,I would spend a week in Chengdu, a week in Mountain EMEI, I don't recommend you
going Jiu Zai Gorge this time even it's a great nature,
Seatle has a lot of that,right?but Mountain EMEI is a combination of culture and nature. I suggest you contact
a local travel agency for trip out of Chengdu , if you have
friends in Chengdu ,you should get everything you need.
As I know, there are 2 five star hotel in CHengdu , "Jing Jiang Hotel " and " Crown Holiday Plaza", good location,
also "Ming Shan Hotel" is good 4 star hotel ...

Just general suggestion , by the way , curious about if you are from MS ?
