标题:Like it in general…but certain view is a bit extreme
Especially point 3 about breaking the Chinese circle to make friends with people from different culture.
But sometimes it is wishful thinking you can break away from that completely. People who do not have pride in their culture and heritage will not earn respect from others. Regardless you are ABC or CBA, you will be regarded as Chinese.
In addition, find a good mentor to provide advice and guidance is also quite helpful for personal and career growth.

看看杰可逊的例子. 他已经漂白了. 其实美国社会是讲多样化的. 特别是加州, 纽约. 半吊子英文, 混的好的多了.
我觉得最好的办法是多生孩子. 在这方面老墨是典型. 加州到处都是西班牙文. 还不是为老墨服务的. 人多了, 将来市长州长就都是自己人了.

脱离中国人圈子，是海外生存发展的最重要环节。
中国的习惯是人生最大的障碍。 Google，yahoo 这些都是二代移民， 难得他们的父母就不聪明， 是过去的习惯害了他们。
障碍，是在生活的每个细节上， 比如每天一杯咖啡。 这些东西， 不知道什么时候就会影响命运。
要不是我已经结婚了。 我一定要去找个WASP鬼妹， 只有这样才知道“中国心”是多么可怜，可恨。
中国， 如果值得骄傲， 那我们还出什么国。 西方自由个人社会， 谁在乎谁。 我没有觉得有那个老外不尊重我。反倒是在“同胞”的眼里看到许多势利。
