Responsibilities:
Assist staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software.
Assist in maintenance of internal/external network and VPN connection to headquarter.
Working with USA workmates to maintain company domain and network environment.
Doing some IT budget plan and device purchase.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in a computer service/support environment.
B.S. degree in Computer science, engineering or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
Broad and in-depth knowledge of Windows XP (and 2000) desktop/laptop PCs.
Troubleshooting and support skills of Windows server, desktop and domain environment.
Demonstrated background in Microsoft Active Directory administration and management.
Familiar with Windows 2000/2003/2008, Exchange 2000/2003/2007 and other MS products are desired.
Fluent in written & spoken English critical.
Excellent communication skills and superb phone manner.
Pro-active; a “can do” attitude.
