to get wet easily. I prefer using bricks for outside, unless you want to make some artistic moulds with stucco; I used Chinese marbles instead of the Italian ones simply because of the better price, for bath rooms and kitchen as well. Hardwood floor such as oak is highly recommended for all rooms maybe except for some bedrooms. In China I used all the teak for the floorings and the wall panels.
