A famous mechanical company in the world, is currently seeking an Engineering Manager in its China Holding Co., Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates requirements and directs engineering activities associates with product design, development and modification.
- Direct design, development and improvement designs for the organization's products.
- Ensure that good technical engineering concepts are used in the development of products.
- Identifies equipment needs and recommends solutions to management.
- Interacts with suppliers to investigate feasibility of new equipment.
- Coordinates with related resources to solve the project issues.
Qualification
- University degree or above, Mechanical Engineering or relative major
- 8 years above working experience in mechanical / automation industry.
- 3 years above Engineering Management experience in multinational invested company
- Sound knowledge of different engineering functions (design, installation, procurement etc.)
- Strong people management and motivation skill
- Excellent communication and problem solving skill
- Fluent in written and spoken English .
