- asssist sales maanger to Creates & Implements regional strategies to develop new and existing business.
- Delivers / exceeds established sales targets for region.
- Coordinates and manages the selling process and works closely with Engineering
- Focuses on improving profit margins through implementing product line rationalization strategies, price negotiation and “win-win” customer proposals.
- Provides competitive analysis by providing monthly information regarding competitive progress in the field on product and services.
- Responsible to grow the business in the respective areas by identifying, selecting and developing potential customers, businesses and markets
- Coordinate with sales managers of Joint Ventures in China and necessary support to these sales managers for the difficult negotiation
- Can be coach of sales staffs
Experience and knowledge:
- At least 4 years’ degree or Engineering School in mechanics or management
- Practise of professional English. The practise of French or German would be a plus
- Strong leadership and business acumen in order to be effective in commercial negotiations
- Good practise of IT
- Experience in automotive industry of 5 years, especially in suppliers/customers relationships
- Experience in sales of 8-10 years.
- Experience in drawing-up a list of selling points
