I am considering inviting some Chinese officials to sit on an advisory board for an American company. Here's the question: is it even legal, in either China or the US? I am not asking about the ethics--I'll figure that out once I know it is legal.
Another question: does anyone have any information regarding QDII--Qualified Domestic International Investors. I'd appreciate it very much if you could point me to any links, articles and documents.
