Requirements
1. 2+ year working experience with telecom network management products; experience with Ericsson OSS product is a plus.
2. Good Knowledge of Solaris, be able to work as system administrator and write simple scripts in Shell and Perl.
3. Basic knowledge of CORBA. Experience with Borland Visibroker ORB Product will be a plus. Experience with Corba Test Tools such as CITS2000 or OpenFusion CORBA Explorer will be a plus.
4. Basic knowledge of database, such as DBMS, SQL, ASE.
5. Good knowledge of wireless network architecture (both access network and core network), familiar with 3GPP TS-32 series.
6. Excellent communication skills, fluent English.
7. Work effectively in a cross units team.
8. Result oriented, take initiative in problem solving.
9. Overtime and travel are required.
Responsibility
1. Clarify Ericsson NBI requirements to outsourcing partner based on operators' specification and standards.
2. Prepare lab testing environment, configure different types of Node Elements.
3. Design testing scenarios and write testing documents according to testing strategy and process.
4. Define quality assurance criteria and review the delivery quality.
5. Install NBI release and perform integration test. File Trouble Report and support SW development unit to fix the problems.
6. Coordinate the communication between Ericsson development units and outsourcing partner for problem solving.
7. Perform customer acceptance test at customer site. Response to customers' inquiry from technical perspective.
8. Perform more extensive testing such as stability, robustness and characteristics on commercial release based on the requirements.
9. Define and develop automation testing tools and scripts based on the needs.
OSS系统测试师
任职要求
1.两年以上的电信网管产品开发经验，有爱立信项目开发经验优先；
2.熟悉Solaris系统，能编写Shell及Perl脚本；熟悉CORBA平台及相关的测试工具；
3.熟悉无线网络及3GPP TS-32体系
4.具备基础的数据库（如DBMS、SQL、ASE）知识
5.具备良好的交流能力，英语流利
6.结果导向，能主动解决问题
工作职责
1.赴爱立信参与OSS测试项目，包括需求描述、测试环境搭建、测试设计等相关工作；
2.及时反馈项目状况，通过现场工作提高客户满意度
