主要工作职责/Job responsibility：
Be responsible for the plan, build-up, management and coordination of the paintshop process within BBDC regarding operational MCG processes and MCG systems. Close cooperation with all MCG and BBDC Departments in respect to quality standards, cost- and time-targets. To ensure a smooth production process of BBDC paintshop for Mercedes-Benz CKD cars in joint cooperation with paintshop management. Providing training of local staff in line with MCG-standards and MPS- philosophy. Through effective work, push BBDC to become the benchmark on CKD production through continuous innovation.
任职条件/Requirement：
Education Bachelor Degree in Production Engineering/Chemical Engineering
Major Production Engineering/Chemical Engineering
Experience 3 years or above experience in international JV or large overseas enterprise group； management experience； Project management experience
Know how Master knowledge of process design, paint technology and management
Skill and technical title Excellent leadership skill； good know-how in paint technology and processes, fluent in English
Training Professional training experience in project management
Competence Have strong leadership, analysis, communication, planning and organization ability
