Job Title:Project Manager / Project Lead
Location: Beijing, Shenzhen
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing both product and the professional service project, start from pre-sale to project closeout.
Plan and coordinate project activities as well as resources； Define internal delivery project process and monitor the execution of the processl
Lead a project team of internal and external resources to provide solutions and services to customers；
Manage projects development and service rollout, with proven methodology and industry best practice, with focus in on-time quality delivery and strong sense of project expense v.s. customer satisfaction ；
Develop, implement and maintain communication and progress reports and channels；
Handling the total customer experience (including the escalation, charging process)
Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities on products and services；
Experience Requirements
· Minimum 4-6 years post graduate working experience of which 2-3 years in project management, multi-project director, department management, customer facing experience capacity
· Good understanding of software development and quality processes, understanding CMM is preferred.
· Good planning skill is a must, solid hands-on project deployment experience with large-scale & complicated multi-platform systems
· Strong presentation / document writing skill is a must
· Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal in Chinese and English) to all management levels within customer organizationl Able to work independently, lead and motivate people to deliver good results；
trategic thinker with strong business sense, good analytical, problem solving, and self-motivated；
Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
1、PMP and/or CMM knowledge and practice
２、4-6 years working experience in Manufacturing & Distribution industry , Have the extensive Domain knowledge on ERP/SAP/Oracle EBS/SCM/PLM/CRM Area
３、Whole life-cycle project management knowledge and practice
４、Familiar with software development life cycle and quality processes
５、Familiar with latest technologies in software engineering, including database structure, web services, application servers, J2EE, UML, configuration management, automatic testing
６、Expert on Project management domain knowledge
７、Technical skills related(OOD & OOP, UML, J2EE (JSP, Servlet, EJB, J2EE Patterns), Struts, Hibernet； .Net, Weblogic, Websphare, JBoss , EAI(Webmethod, Webservices..), Oracle, SQLServer, MySql, VSS/CVS
