Position: Finance Manager
Location: Dongguan, China
Reports to:Finance Controller _____________________________________________
Summary Of Position:
This position is responsible for performing functions to prepare historical financial statements, estimates and budgets. Position will assist SV Controller in complying with Corporate and Division Accounting and Internal Control Policies. Also responsible for preparing presentations and ad hoc business analysis as requested by Management.
The position is financial as well as operational and requires a strong background in accounting, especially in the areas of cost accounting, budgets, and analysis. Of equal importance is the ability to focus on key operational issues and identify their financial impact. The position also requires the individual to continually meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects. This position is responsible for a broad range of activities, which will require interaction with Operation, and Division personnel. As such, the incumbent must have good interpersonal and communication skills along with the necessary accounting technical skills to handle the varied tasks.
The position will also spend a significant amount of time on continuous improvement and cost reduction projects identified by management. The types of projects assigned require a high degree of personal motivation, independent thinking and analytical skills.

§ Locations: Two legal entities that include one China manufacturing location and one HK location.

Principal Accountabilities:

l Degree holder in accounting or equivalent
l Having 7+ years working experience in sizeable MNC, of which 3 years manufacturing background； 2 years in managerial level； having SAP system experience.
l Independent, responsible with initiative to make improvement； strong analytical and communication skills
l Handle full sets of accounting, capable to prepare and analyze financial reports. Such as consolidated financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, etc.)
l Set up internal control procedures and guidance；
l Good command of English

Experience And Training Required To Perform Job:
This position requires the following:
l Ideal candidate will have a college degree in Accounting and a minimum of three years experience in a manufacturing environment or five years general accounting experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
l Individual must also be able to speak and write proficiently in English.
l The individual should have experience with budgeting and forecasting； experience with US based GAAP Accounting, cost accounting and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
l Exposure to SAP, Intuitive MRP, and Hyperion a plus, but not a requirement.
