· Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, deploying, and then sustaining the Hardware and Software test solutions for PCBAs manufactured Worldwide (ICT:In Circuit Test, Mechanical, SW, Functional Test, AOI, X-ray)
- Performing DFT on new products being developed to the introduction of the product to sustaining the product during it's life cycle and finally through the product EOL
- Work with cross-functional team to support the product development, implementation, sustaining, and EOL.
- Drive quality improvements by eliminating sources of defects in the design, supplier, and new product introduction
· Requirement
Education/Experience
-Minimum BS EE.BSCE with 4-6 years relevant working experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Technically proficient 5-7 years in PC motherboard test or development with the following preferably degreed/certified and experienced (5-7 years) disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (Lab windows, C++, CVI, Visual Basic), mid level Mechanical Engineering Skills, and ICT. Vision and X-ray inspection experience is a plus.
- Good organizing and planning skills.
- Understanding of cross-functional organizations and impacts to schedules.
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly through oral and written communications.
- Ability to present clear and concise information to team, internal customers, and external customers.
-Language Skills: Fluent (Read, Write, Speak) in English. Able to speak Mandarin Chinese
