Salary Package: about RMB 800K/year
Summary
Leads the Operate and Deliver function for China Applications Global Delivery Network (GDN). Accountable for overall offering delivery, customr satisfaction, operations performance, quality, financials, risks and compliance management. Directs staff to deliver offering for all aspects of operations, including delivery operations, offering support, security operations, performance monitoring, offering consulting, investigation and resolution of highly complex matters of significance. responsible to track and resolve customer delivery issues and escalations.
Essential Job Functions
Description:
Directs the organization and performance of certain functional areas and the activities of managers. Provides staff direction with an understanding and following of established company policies and procedures. Overseas customer issues and escalations and their satisfactory resolution.
Oversees business activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among staff members. Manage delivery of
standard and non-standard offerings. Provide consulting services particular to an offering. Consulting specific to a offering within the GDN around operational issues
Directs business function and support relative to offerings Ability to direct business functions
Manage the performance against identified offering specific metrics for the China GDN. Proactive analytics to drive service improvements and increased client satisfaction in service operations. Establishes and implements short- and long-term strategies to operate and deliver the offering to customers within reasonable in compliance with contracts, schedules and budgets.
Establishes and communicates goals and objectives, adheres to methodologies and clearly manager roles and responsibilities for performing to personnel. Communicates broadly to help ensure overall coordination for cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills
Manages consulting resources specific to providing run and maintain expertise for operations
Responsible for Security Operations for Delivery and monitoring of the defined security posture for each offering. Provide offering consulting services particular to a offering, specifically to security
Basic and Other Qualifications
The following basic and other qualifications are reflective of the types commensurate with the level of education and experience indicated in this profile and are described relatively within a role.
Description
BQ-Edu Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
BQ-Edu-PD Master's degree in related field preferred
BQ-Exp Fifteen or more years of related experience in operations, running and maintaining offering, and delivering client services
BQ-Exp Nine or more years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity included
BQ-Exp Experience working with past and present COMPANY business environment
BQ-Exp Experience working with concepts, practices, and procedures in areas of responsibility
BQ-Exp Experience working with the management implications of various forms of financial data
OQ-S Strong communication skills needed to interface with high-level customer representatives
OQ-S Strong strategic management and planning skills
OQ-A Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients
OQ-A Ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution
