大家好，我现在在帮厦门的一家美资企业招聘Call Center Representative . 要求是：本科以上的学历、三年以上的工作经验、英文要好、菲律宾人。详细的要求如下：
This position will assist customers with claims and/or billing issues; inform applicants/customers of underwriting process times, and policy benefits, and acts as the primary point of contact between applicants/customers and health insurance carriers. This person will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service with xxx customers.
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist inbound customer chat/calls including but not limited to helping customers navigate the web site, understand and explain the application process.
2. Identifying potential issues that adversely affect our customers and reporting them immediately.
Qualification
1. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
1. Must be a motivated self-starter and able to work independently
2. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
3. Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), excellent keyboard skills;
4. Bachelor Degree
• 3 years and above of prior customer service experience in call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adheres to production/performance standards.
• Team player, focused on results.
• Must be available for any shift which could include but not limited to Saturday’s, Sunday’s, holiday’ evenings and night shifts
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Assist inbound customer chat/calls including but not limited to helping customers navigate the web site, understand and explain the application process.
• Identifying potential issues that adversely affect our customers and reporting them immediately.
• Researching complex customer issues with the insurance carriers and within ***Xiamen.
