职位一：SAP Consultant (Material Management)
• As a member the CDC SAP off-shore team, responsible for the global delivery of the SAP enhancement and rollout projects in various operating units within Alcatel-Lucent group worldwide.
• Be a business system analyst or team lead, coordinate and perform the activities throughout the project initiation, requirement, design, build, validation, implementation preparation, cutover and exit phases, ensure the solution is delivered with quality and satisfaction.
• Liaise with the global PAD (Project, Application Development) team and in-house partners, ensure the project tasks are properly assigned, managed and done.
• Develop the project documentation; provide the training to the business user and IT support team.
• Provide the off-shore support when the project has turned into maintenance mode – Perform Defect request, Service request and minor Enhancement request.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Be the key counterpart to business stakeholders to understand business objectives and propose SAP BW/BI solutions to support business process improvement
Lead the scoping phase and launch small to medium projects, Prepare system development cost estimates, budget and schedule
Manage the full implementation lifecycle of system enhancement requests: analysis of requirements, sizing / estimation of effort, design of solution and translation into system specifications, system configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
Manage a team for medium size projects
Recommend and delivers process and system improvements
Validate the solution towards design and business needs
职位三：SAP ERP Implementation and Rollouts - focusing on Managerial and Financial Accounting
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-Accounting experience in consulting environment. Knowledge of IAS/US GAAP/IFRS preferred.

-Excellent communication skill in Mandarin and English. Japanese preferred
-Qualified Accountant or MBA-Finance
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Lead FICO Track in implementation and Rollout project. Plan, Conduct and Lead Business Blueprint workshops, Solution design, Configuration, Conduct Testing , plan cutover activities and support data migration. May need to make presentations to customers and write ERP proposals.
WORK EXPERIENCE
-8 to 10 years industry/consulting ex-perience.
-At least three End-to-End Implemen-tation as FI/CO Solution Consultant
-About 6-8 years consulting experi-ence preferred
