招聘职位：化妆品研究院院长
工作地点：广州市
职位描述：
1、独立承担某一领域的研发重任，指导团队开展研发工作
2、贯彻总部领导意图，执行总部战略规划
3、全面领导研究院工作，制定并落实各阶段战略计划
4、对外（科技局等政府组织，总部内部各部门）对内的协调与沟通
5、搞好团队建设
6、负责主管以上员工招聘与培训、岗位描述
7、制定规章制度，监督执行规章制度
8、按照ISO质量体系的要求，制定科学的工作流程
9、年底向全院全体员工述职
职位要求：
1、博士以上学历，海外工作经验及海外留学经验
2、5年以上大型外资化妆品公司研发工作经验；熟悉化妆品研究的最新技术和动态，有极丰富的开发经验
3、3年以上研发领导岗位经历，具备一定管理和协调能力，能带领研发团队
4、具创新思维和系统的研发思路，先进的管理理念，良好市场意识
Job Description:
1. Responsible for taking independent research and development in a field guide ; carry out research and be able to guide R&D team
2. Cascade down the Headquarters’ strategy throughout the company
3. Develop and implement the various stages of the plan, to assume responsibility for the management of the Institute
4. Ensure external and internal coordination and communication
5. A good team player
6. Responsible for staff recruiting (supervisor or above) and staff training
7. Develop rules and design regulations
8. Ensure workflow in accordance with the standard of ISO quality system
9. Responsible for yearly conclusion and explanation to all staffs
Job requirements:
1. Personnel with Doctor degree or above , overseas study and work experience
2. 5 years work experience in research and development department in large foreign cosmetics company;
3. More than 3 years experience in leadership position within R & D area
4. Keep abreast of the latest cosmetic techniques and dynamic；a great deal of development experience
5. Innovative and Creative; good sense of market awareness and advanced management
