Description: AtTask, Inc., the leading provider of project and portfolio management software, has an opening for an Inside Corporate Trainer to work in the AtTask Beijing office. The position will primarily have responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address ongoing training needs. The position will work directly with the AtTask Country manager and communicate with the Client Services department in AtTask US headquarters. The primary ob<x>jective of the role is to help develop an outstanding client service department in an employee-oriented, high performance company culture that emphasizes superior quality, continuous improvement and productivity standards. This role requires a proactive and results oriented individual with the ability to work on assigned tasks, as well as independently identify other value-added activities. Duties/attributes:
• Positive attitude, always willing to put the client’s needs first.
• Become a product expert with AtTask project management software.
• Conduct onsite, classroom, phone, email, and/or chat training, including technical training, implementation training, and end user training.
• Create training classes, including needs assessment, course designs, and delivery options.
• Ability to adapt and/or change training ba<x>sed on client needs.
• Troubleshoot installation, application and databa<x>se issues.
• Active role in user community.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree with minimum 1-3 years training and/or project management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in both delivery and facilitation (Sample training session will be part of the interview process).
• Good English oral and written communication skills
• Must be willing to travel 10%
• Strong project management skills.
• Databa<x>se and/or programming skills a plus.
