does nto matter how big they are, if you are confident about the volume of your deamnd, set a program and make them going through...
1. set a pre-qualified pool of vendors by give specific requirements
2. send them invitations and request customer references
3. ask for proposals to meet your requirement
4.appropriate their credentials and ask them to come in for a presentation
5. negotaite contracts
6. for god's sake, do not borrow anyone else' contracts to copy and paste. biz contract in this country is a result of negotiation. don't try to save this expense and pay a lot more from the mistakes derived from your contracts...
7. set criteria to monitor their performances and qualify them to stay in your pool
8.always have several players in same category, do not let them corner you
