gettign freight forwarder to specify transit time and frequency on door to door temr so you can get contigency built into your "latest shipping date" in L/C requirement
and make sure chinese supplier can deliver as they rpomised, and so have the late delivery penalty term built in to the two contracts back to back to cover your risks
